- When creating your profile, please include your employee card number after your last name. This card will allow you access to the gym. Card registration may take up to 7 business days.
- After creating your profile, the system will direct you to the gym rules page. Please read them carefully and sign them: visits are only allowed after confirming your agreement in the system for your and our safety. Later, you will find the rules and be able to sign them in the “Documents” section
- After completing the registration, the system will direct you to download the Pushpress app, which you will use to reserve your training sessions.
- You can access the health and longevity studio on weekdays from 7 AM to 10 PM, and on weekends from 9 AM to 9 PM. Make sure to reserve your desired time in the app.
- Please bring a towel to lay down, sports shoes and a shatterproof bottle.
